Teri was very professional and compassionate (this was our family home for over 26 years) in her approach to the sale of our home. She was mindful of our kids' school schedules and the dog we had at home as she arranged to show out home. She worked directly with the construction guys who had to handle some of our issues and oversaw all of the work personally. She took care of the smallest detail so the sale would go smoothly for us. Not sure how she has so many hours in one day. She negotiated with the brokers of the multiple offers we received - reviewed them with us - and then accepted the highest best offer.
